Lobby Firms Struggled in 2012

The Washington Post’s Capital Business section takes a look at K Street finances in 2012. Lobbying revenue is down for the second straight year: DC’s top 10 most profitable lobby shops declined about 10 percent in 2012. The drop is attributed to Congressional focus on issues like the fiscal cliff and debt ceiling debates, and the presidential election.
